After purchasing the program, you’ll be able to access the program for one year.

All programs are found in the pocket pelvicist app. You can download this from the app store or google play and use your login to access the program.

Dr. Bethany Blake, DPT & Dr. Hailey Jackson, DPT are designing the programs. They are pelvic floor PTs, and love movement personally. Their goal is to blend pelvic health and movement to get more people moving.

Everyone who purchases a program will be added to a member only Facebook group where questions are welcomed, or you can email questions here.

We would love to connect you with a PT near you. You can find a list of providers here. When you call to schedule, you can screen your provider by asking if they treat 1:1, if they use biofeedback (you don’t want this), and how long the treatment sessions are (we believe at least an hour is best). For more specific questions, feel free to email us.

Yes, all programs have videos of every single exercise. As PTs, form is extremely important to us.

No! We cater to busy people who don’t always have access to a gym. Though you can do the workouts at a gym, we have made them convenient to complete wherever you can.

This varies with each program. Each program will come with a brief list of equipment we recommend having available to you (bands, yoga mat, etc.)

For most programs, you can expect to complete your exercises in 10-20 minutes, 3-5 days/week.
